Allowances as per SCR guidelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Receiving and registering patients at hospital reception
ii. Booking appointment for patients to specialty and consultants' clinics
iii. Storing and retrieving medical records and documents
iv. Preparing clinics capturing data from service points
v. Maintaining record safely and confidentially
vi. Directing patients to relevant clinics.
Requirement for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
i. Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution
ii.
Certificate in computer
skills from a recognized institution.
