Terms of Service: (P&P)
a) Duties and Responsibilities
i. Handle public concerns and issues
ii. Facilitate Citizens participation in development activities
iii. Collect and collate data on development activities in the county
iv. Facilitate fleet management
v. Plan office accommodation layout
vi. Develop and update of office equipment and furniture inventory
vii. Facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events
viii. Supervise general maintenance and repair of office equipment
ix. Process administrative documents
x. Supervise provision of security and office services
xi. Supervise records management and messengerial services within various departments
xii. Provide input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level
xiii. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets
b) For appointment to this position a candidate must have;
Bachelor's Degree from a university
recognized in Kenya in any of the following: Public Administration, Business
Administration/Management and Community Development or Public Relations,
International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing or any other social science
from a recognized Institution; ii. Proficiency in Computer application from
recognized Institution.
